In 2006 our next door neighbor asked if my wife & I could cook a whole hog for a pig roast he was planning in upstate NY. We had been extensively BBQ grilling for years and took on the challenge of cooking a whole hog. The event and whole hog was a huge success and was deemed the name of the HOGZILLA Pig Roast. The pig roast has been held annually every year since. In 2008 my wife & I relocated from upstate NY to the Gaston County, NC area but return every year to prepare, smoke, and consume HOGZILLA. Since relocating to NC we have enjoyed competing at KCBS and BBQ cook off events and have perfected our BBQ recipes that will be sure to please.
Our recipes have been perfected in the tradition of Southern BBQ with a twist of some handed down family favorite recipes. From baby back ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, beef ribs, collard greens and mac n' cheese we have something to satisfy any craving. From a back yard celebration, company gathering, sporting event, church function, wedding, fundraiser, or special event - we customize our menu to meet your specific needs.
